Welcome to the ACP-CD4CDM Project, a part of the European Commission Programme for Capacity Building related to Multilateral Environmental Agreements (MEAs) in African, Caribbean and Pacific (ACP) Countries. The ACP-CD4CDM Project aims at enabling the targeted ACP countries to fully participate in the carbon market.
The forum will bring together a wide range of stakeholders, including designated national authorities (DNAs), United Nations agencies, international development banks, governments and the private sector.
